Directions for use
Adults and children above 12 years, 2-3 capsules, twice a day after meals. You may take 3 capsules, three times a day after meals if needed

I have been using these tablets for years. I take a baseline of 2 each morning as a preventative measure for hayfever, and on the rare occasion of having hayfever, increase the dosage as advised on the pack. A brilliant alternative to pharmaceuticals. I couldn’t recommend this product more highly.

I like this is natural but powerful enough that it actually works. I’ve tried other natural Hayfever products before & they haven’t worked as well as this. I’ve been using this for over a year now & can’t fault it.

My hayfever used to be so bad I’d have to take a non-drowsy antihistamine in the morning & then a drowsy one at night just so I’d get 24hr relief. Since starting to use these (started last year-2021) I don’t use anything else anymore for my hayfever. I take the recommended dose & I’ve never had severe symptoms since. Highly recommend.
